Frenzy build, how much str/dex?

I am building a Frenzy barb to have some fun killing the ubers. I cant really decide on what gear is going to work out best. So far I am thinking that resists is going to be much more important than defense or damage reduction. And of course with frenzy I will need speed and crushing blow to actually kill the ubers, assuming I can survive.

Currently my best weapon choice will be dual razor's edge. I think a kingslayer or two would be within my budget though. I am wearing shaftstop now, but I am thinking it wont be of much help, not as much help as resists would be. CoH is out, so my armor would have to be Duress, Treachery, or just a smoke.

So, given:

Arreats or Guillames
Angelic ammy/ring/ ravenfrost
Dual Razors or dual kingslayer possibly
Draculs Gloves
Gore Rider
Goldwrap for the ias maybe? Or nightsmoke for resists?
Duress or Smoke or Treachery armor

What im getting down too really, is how low can I keep strength and dexterity, to maximize vitality? Is there another piece of equipment that I am overlooking that would need more dex or str?

Any thoughts on a lawbringer for the resists? Could I just put it on a barb merc, or is he gonna be toast instantly in tristram?

Ok, let me run a more specific gear setup by you.

Arreats (str 118) (socketed with ias jewel)
Dual Razors edge (str 125, dex 67)(primary axe socketed with shael)
Duress in a superior dusk shroud
Draculs or Laying of hands (lifetap wand if LoH)
TGods belt (str 110)
Gorerider (str 94)
Angelic Amulet/ring
Ravenfrost ring

**berserker axe (str 138, dex 59)

So, I could take my base str to 138 and dex to 67. Would that be a mistake? 100 more points in str would be 100 enhanced damage of course, but damage isnt the real key, its CB right?

You could try dual kingslayer, I'm suppose it has some good mods on it. If you have like 80-90% cb, then you can put on some other gears like resists, damage reduction, and damage gears. If you are not sure that you cannot cover the resists, then put on Chains of Honor and wear Guillaume face(socket resists jewels or Um). The rest is okay i guess
