Help W/ BLizz sorc

ya hi i'm making a blizz sorc and i was wondering if u guys could help me do a awsome build for it, i know the basics like sysngeries and main skills but the advance stuff i could really use some input on. alos plz keep in mind i just restarted my d2 accounts after getting hacked. and i do not have amazing gear.

gear currently

12% plain NW
50 res viper W/um
Wizspike W/ Hel
29 FCR Spirit monarch
Arach
1xFcr ring the other ring sum other moda and +17 to str so i can use spirit.
Mara's ammy (20)
3bo cta on switch
Treks or Water Walk boots(debating on which to use)
Mage fists Gloves
no anni or torch no gcs only str sc's and FHR sc's

i would really appricate sum feed back on how to build my sorc. thx guys

i have looked at the guide thread and onyl found 1 blizz pvp stragety and it dont work.

well there really isnt any special thing to blizz
i usually max out blizz, mastery, 2 synergies
then 1 pnt on the regulars: telekenesis, tele, and static
After all thats done i usually start working on the next synergy
Thats all a blizz sorc needs
(i usually max glacier out first since it does decent dmg)

You got too much FCR. You only need 105%. Ditch some of your fcr stuff for +skills or resist stuff.
