Help with BvC

Alright, seeing as a good part of the pvp scene is casters, I wanna make a BvC for pub duels. I've never made one before, so I'm basically looking for total stat/skill/gear/charm layout, any breakpoints I need to reach, best types of armors/weapons to make needed runewords in..etc etc.

Help is MUCH appreciated.
