Need a guide for the exact way i can get a guy to hell end in shortest time possible????

It's pretty straightforward really, if you think about it...

You can't fulfill the Ancients quest before L20/40/60 in normal/nightmare/hell, but if you are in a Baal quest game and somebody is in the throne room who hasn't solved the quest, your character gets the Baal quest solved while being in town. It's like that with any quest except Horadric Malus and Ancients, so that way you can create L1 patriarchs BTW.

true, but sometimes those take a while to find, there is another way however.
create a char in classic and find a rusher. in classic u can bypass a5 quests and can convert back to exp once u reach hell while u leech off a4 chaos sanc.

Keep in mind though that just reaching Act 1 Hell on classic won't mean that you'd be in Act 1 Hell on expansion. If you want to be in Act 1 Hell in expansion, you'll need to complete 10 acts in classic. This means getting up to Act 3.

If you have two instances of the game running, you can enter the game with the low-level character and offer to solve the quest, give WPs etc. with a high-level char. That works most of the time if you are patiently watching the games of the difficulty level in question, although I'm doing it only rarely.
