WW barb EBOTD question which weapon

Hey guys, I am building a WW barb and was thinking that EBOTD is the best solution for me. My question is what weapon should I make it out of? I was thinking maybe a thunder maul or a war pike?

The Warpike has 5 range attack and thundermaul had 3 range attack.

or is there a better weapoin

Berserker Axe. Less str req and allows the use of a shield.

I have been reading other people's replies and people ahve been commenting about hitting some break point with whirl wind? what is this break point do?

I was hoping to make a EBOTD with a lot of damage. I already have a lot of points invested in strength so its no biggy.

-60 for two-handed weapons and -34 for one-handed weapons.

Break points give you more hit attempts per whirl. You determine it by taking the weapon's base speed and subtracting the amount of IAS on the weapon.

If this is JUST for PvM and you want to use a 2h weapon, you should use a Great Poleaxe. Otherwise, use a berserker axe; it's much more versatile and the most powerful 1h weapon around.
