Berserk Defense Killer Duration

hey folks, I'm planning out a Berserker and wondering how far down that berserk penatly will go? lvl 20 it says it's at 1.3 secs, but It doesn't look like it's going to go much further, can anyone tell me lvl 40+ where that stat is at? Is there a website with all skills at lvl 50 or something?

Nice! Is there a website where you got that from because I"m too lazy to draw out an excel map to figure out the dmg & ar... not sure if I can figure out the durations any other way tho.

lvl 20 = 1.3 sec
lvl ?? = 1.2 sec
lvl 3? = 1.1 sec
lvl 39 = 1.0 sec
