Not sure what this would be worth. Doesn't require any other mods. I was thinking some PGEMS.

Also poison rainbow facets, but I dont know at all what they are worth.

You know that +3 class skills (or all skills for that matter) don't appear on amulets. You can only get +3 to a tree or +2 to a class. On that note, I have this for no cost at all if you want:
