Finding grand charms to cube

Hi.

I want to find grand charms to cube in an attempt to get +skill charms (with another mod if possible).

Do I have to get the GCs only from Hell Baal, or will charms dropped by the sets of mobs at the end of the Throne of Destruction be worthwhile cubing?

Any GC found after the marches in act 3 can be skillers. Ball GC's can get 45 life and charms found in the WSK can get good mods too. Worth rerolling in my opinion.

Any GC from late NM and Hell can be rerolled into skillers. If you want to be perfect and get +45 life, cube ones from Hell Diablo, Nihlathak, or Baal.

Depending on what you are happy with you can use lower gc's, but I find my pgems worth so much that I use them only on Diablo/Nihla/Baal gc's. But if your chars are not able to kill (one of) these guys efficiently you can decide on cubing lower charms.

I got a GC from Lister the Tormenter and rerolled it a few times but got junk. I guess I should keep on rolling.

OMG okay maybe I shouldn't have rerolled that GC. A whole mule full of pgems later and all I got was a lousy Curses skiller with low poison dmg. What a jip!

Let me turn you onto a rather old post that thrugg had explained alot about this subject in. Now there are some links in that post so make sure you hit all of them. Some time back when I decided that I wanted to start rerolling charms this was the post that helped me alot.

So much so that I even have it posted on my website.

Ilvl 50 is the target to have the easiest time cubing a skiller. This level comes from normal monsters in NM Flayer Jungle. You can do just as well with a Ilvl 51 from the NM Lower Kurast. Still, the number being batted around in SPF is that it takes about 30 Pgems to get a skiller on the average. That means that sometimes it will take you 100, and sometimes you'll get two in a row. But plan on about 30.
