Equip order?

I heard somewhere that the equipping order when dual wielding for whirlwind is important for assassins. Is this also important for barbs? Would I need to take both weapons off, put Grief on left side first then Beast on right side second?
I know this isn't much of a hassle at all, but is it necessary?

well, as far as i know, this equipping order has nothing to do with the sides of the weapons, but yes, it does matter, since at some frames, was it every 4th, only primary weapon hits, so u want your higher dmg weapon to be primary. To know which weapon is primary, check the character stats screen, where it says whirlwind's dmg, there, which weapon's dmg shows on top, is primary. To make sure u get , say, grief on primary, remove beast and put it back, this will be equal as u would be taking both off, coz beast goes away for a second, making grief primary.

Ah, this just determines which is primary and which is secondary? So ya, I guess I don't need this since I know to keep Grief damage on top (primary)

Yea. And of course u want to have Grief on primary, coz that every 4th frame, think if u would hit with beast :D

I think the reason they do it is for Trap Setting speed, for hybrids. The way you equip the claws makes it go by the fastest claw, or something like that.
