6 dodge/evade/avoid
7 critical
10 pierce
5 penetrate
17 valk

20 fury
20 charge strike

how would this hold up untwinked hard core?

What about the rest of the synergies for Charged Strike? You should spend fewer points in D/E/A and let +skills do their thing.

since im playing untwinked i dont kno how im gona get those +skills

but if i do there will be less passive skill points

should i put enough str and dex for titans? just incase i find some

You'll find and gamble at least some +skills. Get enough stats for titan's it'd suck to find some then not be able to use them.
