My first attempt was horrible but this one has correct numbers. here is a little more.

Strafe speed break points for 0 weapons speed bow:
13/3 - 0% IAS
12/3 - 9% IAS
11/3 - 20% IAS
10/3 - 37% IAS
9/3 - 63% IAS
9/2 - 86% IAS
8/2 - 105% IAS
7/2 - 200% IAS
