what do you all think is the max dexterity a barb should have? i'm talking a barb with or planning to get the full IK set

enough to carry your gear if your building an IK baba, you won't be using a shield, so you don't need much dex

Yep, IK barb = 0 dexterity, since your weapon doesn't have a dex requirement and you won't be using a shield.
