ISO: Insight-able Polearm

As the title says, I'm looking to make an endgame Insight for my M'Avina Frostmaiden. (Man, can she chew through mana.) Must be a polearm, 4-os (or guaranteed 4-os with Larzuk), ethereal is nice but not necessary. Also, prefereably elite. I don't know what the various polearms' strength requirements are, but I'm sure you guys do. Nothing so heavy that they can't use it without +25 strength.

Would a 4 os eth cryptic axe be good for you? I think the str req is in the 160 range.

Perfect! 155 springs to mind, since I'm quite sure a Tomb Reaver needs 165. What would you like for it? (Given that you've done close to 20k Pindle runs, I'm not sure what I can offer...) I've just seen that I also have a +5/-4 fire facet.
