Horking barbs in travincal, Pits, Cows, Or reroll your own hellbaal ones.

All of hell, especially cows, travincal, pits because there are an abundance of monsters that can drop ilvl 85.

Clear out lvl 85 areas such as Pits, Chaos Sanc, WSK, etc. and hope that a good SC drops.

Now we're on the topic, how come a Jagged small charm gives 1 max dam but has a lvl of 81, whereas Fine ones give 1-3 max dam AND Ar yet are lvl 28? Something with charms not being rares maybe?

Btw, after item lvl 48, the only real interesting items that can drop are 100-150 psn charms, which is at 63. So you don't really need lvl 85 areas when it comes to sc's, do you?

IMO nothing beats chaos sanctuary. A good bowazon can clear the place out very quickly. Trav gets close but I've found that chaos drops say 4-5 charms a run while Trav averages 1 a run. The rate tends to be the same but chaos is a lot more convenient and can be done by most chars.

They realized it was unbalanced and lowered them greatly...just didn't touch the Fine charms.
