ISO: 4-socketed (ethereal) Cryptic axe

The title says it all. Ethereal is of course preferred, and can be with or without Insight.

Since I haven't played SP for so long, I don't have much to offer - in fact all I have is PGems (~20), a pair of Aldurs boots and a 7/11 String of Ears. I still hope I can get hold of one. All items are 1.11 RWM.
