How many puts base would be required to put into dex for max block with a spirit monarch? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Too many. You might not want to max block on spirit as it takes up way to many dex points.

Never go block with spirit. Not worth the stats.

so basically i should max block with my um'd ss and then switch to spirit when i wanna use it?

exactly lol. ss vs zons and melees and other windies. spirit for everything else.

Try hitting the 163% fcr (not 100%sure on that bp) with spirit and just stick with 99% when you use SS.
