Zeal/smiter skill question

So, I made a Zeal/Smiter with 75%cb and using a Grief pb..
Going for Tristram mainly

my skills are..

20smite
20zeal
20fana
20hs

Now to my question. Which skill is better to use: Sacrifice or Defiance

Sacrifice sure gives more Zeal dmg, but i have quite good dmg with Grief already, I ill smite 50% of the time ive noticed . Do i need more?
Defiance cool skill that gives more defence to my hs.. I have 13def now and more with merc aura.. more the better?

pally is lvl87 and has 11spare skillpoints, so thats what we have to play with :D

Defiance id pick but you could go 10/10 .

smite is supposed to never miss.. so half and half would work well anyway for the zeal and def as said above..

Since you have grief already get a fortitude and rebuild him as pure zealot with only one point in smite as prerequisite of holy shield. Even just like this smite/fana should do 5k+ damage.Unless you want you char to go pvp as well putting more points in smite just for ubers is overkill... So max sacrifice and max defiance too if you want to zeal duel or blessed aim for a pure pvm/bosskiller...

That's my idea...my forti/grief zealot doesn't even use smite in uber trist...zealing everybody is more than enough...
