That's fine. I'd be interested in knowing what helm you do use. The Helm was really the only one that I thought you might really want. You do realize that you get +3 to BO and shout with the helm. Aslo you can take out the Pruby and the 17% ED jewel and put whatever you want in.

Actually they do spawn +35%, next time I drop one I'll post it, or screenshot it. Although the 30% mod for the chosen resist is capped, additional mods can stack on top of the resist, thus resulting in 35%+ resist. I'm not positive about if it can spawn on magical items though, but as for rares I have definately had them drop on more than a few occasions. I'm guessing magical +35% res is possible.
