Allright with all the info I have gotten I have decided to make a Metorb sorc so that I can rush hell...but do I need to make my fireball damage higher or meteor higher to be more effective in hell...because I am going to be rushing hell for forges?

For rushing both are equal important. In norm and nm you will only be using fb, but in hell you will need meteor too, especially, when it gets crowded around you.

Orb will be better choice then fb in all difficulties, so use it as your main attack.

True in normal and nm, but wrong in hell.

5k FB's are nothing to be laughed at. Orb in norm + nm, FB + orb in hell. Meteor for bosses.
