If you mean aldurs set, it will do badly on both. It will be viable, and the glow is cool, but even mediocre uniques// cheap runewords will outdo it.

I would say it would be better on a summoner, since windys are pretty dependant on fcr, which the set has none of.

Then again, on a fclaws//rabies druid it will be better than both of the above.

Maybe a fireclaw bear that does not care if the physical damage of the weapon is so low if not a meleementalist is probably the best choice for the aldur's set. Your better of with uniques, runewords and rares as mentioned.
