I have just started a necro ,everything went well up to Diablo in normal Im lvl 28 or something ,he killed all my minions in a flash ,my merc died with the second hit ,I did not die but it took me forever to kill him.I cast Ampd than cast blood golem near him just for destraction and after a million or more hits with teeth finally managed to kill him, what am i doing wrong. :mad:

Normal diablo is a bit of a pain, it's normal that he is so hard, personnally I prefer IM against him, but it's personnal taste. It'll be better with the other difficulty lvl, as you'll get better equip and then better minions and summon resist. Ancient should be ok with decrepify and Baal should be a piece of cake as decrepify totally makes him behave like a pathetic slug :lol: .

Once you get through this, you can show him who's boss and completely rape him in nm and hell. For your current problem, do you have 1 point summon resist, and +1~2 summon tree? It helps a lot. IM + clay works wonders too.

Do you also have Decrepify?

You should try to maintain a constant Decrepify on him.

A point or two in Summon Resist can't hurt.

Your skill points may not be concentrated enough.

It also wouldn't hurt to lvl up to 30 and get a point in Revive. That's 1 more minion + another minion for every +skill you have to summoning.
