The weapon speed calculator on the german site gives the breakpoints for strafe with a ceremonial bow as 11% and 120%, is this right? They seem very far apart.

the german site will give you bogus ias figures for strafe...use the tables here

11% will get you a 13/3 strafe and 120% will give 9/2
