Blizzard vs Frozen Orb guide?

Are there any guides that compare these two skill sets? I haven't seen this in the Sorceress Guide Library. If there aren't any guides, can I get some input from both Blizzard sorcs and Orb sorcs?

ive played both builds and id personally prefer Orb it looks cooler :lol:

Blizzard is a concentrated cold attack (all in one space) that does great damage but requires alot of senergies to bring it to its full potential.Its a little tricky to aim in pvp.

Frozen orb is a spread out cold attack with quite a bit lower damage than blizzard and doesnt take careful aiming to hit in pvp and has enough points to max another set of skillz such as energy shield or fireball. The cold damage is per shard so a well placed orb can do lot more damage than blizzard.


It all comes down to personal preferance.

Frozen orb/thunderstorm is still one of my favourite builds. right up there with summon necros.
