Is the Zon Torch worth it?

Hey all im a lvl 80 zon with 82% pierce after my +skills... im a regular ol' lightningzon and im wondering... with my lf and pierce will the lag from the torch firestorm be bad? will this apply to jab also? i have a 12/16 and I know that's reasonably bad for a torch so shud i just trade it away?

If you are a LF zon, it shouldn't be that bad with the Torch. Not as bad as strafers with Torch anyways. And yes, the Firestorm does trigger with Jab.

thanks all... i'll xfer it onto my zon as soon as i can find a real-life friend online (transferring solo is risky on my comp i get realm down so often)

yes it will be that bad

your javelin will pierce and the initial hit of each possible pierce will have a chance of triggering it

anymore than 2-3 in a few seconds and you will have thousands of ping for 10-15 seconds
