Rare tiara - build?

I'm new to the druid, but I just found a great rare tiara (at least I think it is) and now I'm considering making one. What build suits this best:

Def 75
+ Druid skills
+ 23 str
+ 19 dex
+ 40 life
All res +12

If possible I would like an estimated value as well, in case I never get around to making it :).

as it has no FCR, i´d go with a shaper or perhaps a summoner. maybe a plain old fury druid would suit the tiaras needs?

I seem to have made a typo: It's +2 druid skills.
I didn't think that + skills was very important for melee chars, don't you think another type would benefit more? How about an elemental (the saved stats could go into something else or is there no need for dex on them?) Is FCR alfa omega on helmet for elementals?
And I would also like a value for it :)

He was obviously talking about Jalal's vs. the Circlet in question. He's just pointing out that its not that good of a SS druid's helm. He's correct. Um'ed Jalal would beat the circlet in comparison.

It is a crap circlet for an elemental Druid.

Conclusion: Its worth 35000 gold.

If it was two socketes it would blow jalals out of the water because of the extra life. As is, it can still be used tastefully - the life on it will get boosted NICELY by lycanth and oak sage.

I would use it on a hunter or something. Its a nice circlet but like its already been pointed out ... its gonna be hard to find use for that in pvp ... but def. has its use pvm.
