Need advice for build.

Hi! I'm new to the Druid char!
I want your feedback and tips for my new druid.

I am 99% sure I want a summoner and use Grizzly as a tanker and max his life and defense with these skills:

Raven.......1
Oak sage...5
Spirit wolf..10
Dire wolf....20
Grizzly.......1

But here is the point where I need advice

I was thinking of shifting myself to a WereBear and fight alongside my grizzly, putting:

Werewolf.......1
Lycanthropy...20
Werebear.......20

And thereafter putting more points into spirit wolf, grizzly, oak sage...

Is this a wise choice? Is this viable in Hell?

I would appreciate druid-expert-help!

Oak sage effectiveness, general stat distribution etc...

Some figures (life,defense,attack dmg..) from Druids out there would also be nice.

Finally, I am hardcore. I am using an act1 rogue as merc (No i won't change her - she is2hot)

my summoner lived through hell ez. even without maxing direwolf which means my grizzly didnt have the passive life boost. couple things though, why only 1 point in grizzly and 10 into spirit wolves? spirit wolves boost your grizzly ar but with 1 point in grizzly, he will be too weak in damage. if you want him just as a tanker i suggest you leave spirit at 1. if you want him to be a main damage dealer i suggest you max grizzly.

also remember to put 1 point into shock wave no matter what. it is a druid's ultimate crowd control in pvm. just stun them and let you and your bear kill everything. haha.

My current decision stands between

A) Go for maxed hurricane
or
B) Go for shapeshifting - maxed WereBear

..and connected synergies of course..

advantages and disadvantages for each choice, anyone?

If those are the only options, I would choose werebear. You can use shockwave to stun monsters to let your grizzly and merc handle them.

Hurricane is worse than holyfreeze at slowing monsters, it won't slow cold immunes or cbf monsters.
