Just a Quick question on oath

ok making a melee necro and was wondering could i make a eth oath Ba and uses the charges and recharge them with this

"1 Ort Rune + 1 Chipped Gem (any kind) + Weapon = Fully Repaired and Recharged Weapon
You cannot repair ethereal weapons. "

will this recharge but not repair a ethreal weapon?

Recharging is part of repairing.

Ethreal items with charges will never recharge, since the can't be repaired, and there is no auto-recharge mod.
