Hi guys...I play at the battle net but I dont know what character and build should I try. I havent got any items because I am at the battle net this week for a first time. My friends told me I should play Druid-stormer or Assassin-Trapassin but I dnot know if it is a good way for me...Please help me, what characer have I to play...Thank you...Yours sincerely Rolland Salvathorre....;)

if u dont have much items to begin with, try a overlord (summone) necro, they can go through hell without much difficulty, just takes more time, otherwise try a meteorb sorc or hammerdins. they are also not very item dependant.

The other thing to consider is what you like to play. A barb or zeal paladin is going to have to go up to monsters and HIT. Trap assassins, wind druids, and meteor sorcs have more of an area attack. Druid elemental gear seems pretty easy to get - much easier than some of the gear you need to play a really tough hammer paladin.

Sorceresses tend to be 'fragile' characters, so you will need to be smart about where you stand/run/teleport. They do insane damage if you play them well, but die a lot if you're not tactical about where you position yourself.

Lightning trap assassin isn't a bad first choice - not as aggravating during Normal, where a sorceress can't do much. Also you can melee a bit if you're in a tight spot. Maybe start here and see how you like it?

Javazons are neat - you need good gear (2 sets of ethereal titans javelins preferred) in Hell, but lightning fury is very cool.

I believe that summon necro is the least item dependant character for a new player. However, necros too need good gear and +skills if you do not want to fall asleep waiting for the first corpse. They are also not best suited to run bosses..
If you need Items I advise that you make a blizzard sorc and run meph - first in nightmare and then in hell. Sorcs are indeed a bit fragile at the beginning but they really shine later on. Hell meph will provide you with items you can wear, your other characters wear and also with oodles of staff you can trade. Blizz dmg is good even with crap or pure-mf items once its synergized. And also you have the cold mastery which helps a lot against meph.
