The Shaman guide you can find at the strategy is 1.09, so is not helpfull for you now.

A brief about skills would be somthing like:

-Max volcano
-Max fissure
-Max Moulten Boulder
-Max armageddon
-10 points on Grizzly
-All the rest in Oak Sage

Stats:

-base strengh
-base dex (no block) or 190 dex with items for block (this will give you 65%-75% blocking with stormshield at lvl 90)
-Everything else in vita

Gear:

-Shaco
-Enigma
-Stormshield / Spirit / Lidless / etc...
-Hoto / Beast Runeword (for fana bonus) / Wizzy
-Maras / caster dru ammy
-Magefist
-Arachnid / Verdungos
-Sojs / Caster rings
-Sandstorm / Shadow Dancers / Waterwalk / ...
-5 elemental skillers + 5 summoning skillers (life and fhr mods)
-Anni, Torche, sc with life and resits, or fhr, up to u

Try to get 68% fcr. 99% better
Try to get 64% fhr

Might merc gives damage to your bear.

Basicaly what you have to do is to cast volcano on someone and tele on top of him inmedialty, let you bear do the job of killing.
