Poison Creeper Question

Just a quick question about the little vine. I assume that -x% enemies poison resist gear (like deaths web) doesn't work with creeper because its a minion, but i was wondering if +x% To Poison Skill Damage (bramble, trangs gloves, facets) do work at all. On the display screen the damage goes up, but could be lying display like some skills show. Hope Electric Blue or some other vine vet could answer.

Thanks for clearing this up electricblue. Wondering if you have a 'vine' build that you use..and if so could you post skills allocation + gear? Hope this build will still be worth playing around with. Much thanks
