Becuase I would rather have 1 big bear instead of 3 dire wolves I decided to change the common build and move skills around a little. Behold.
1 in Raven
1 in Heart of oak
5 in Spirt wolf 150% Attack rating/90% Defence
5 in Dire wolf 150% Life Bonus
20 in Grizzly
20 HoW
~
10 to werewolf
20 to Lycanthropy
20 to feral Rage
102 Points total.
If for whatever Reason I have more points I will drop them into Dire wolf for more life. I think the max at Lv99 is 112, But I hear its all but impossible to do so.
on level up.
2str, 2vit, 1dex, 0mana/2str, 1vit, 2dex, 0mana
I PLAN on using the thundermaul but chances are I won't get it, however any 2 handed maul will do.
This build is skill point heavy but not at all undoable, What do you think?

Now that I think about it, Make your skill target for dire wolf's Passive bonus 7 instead of 5, 1950HP For your bear is a nice Fat number ^^

Seems like a cool build, but you'd have a big problem with physical immunes. I'd put only 1 into spirit wolf/dire wolf and let the +skills take care of the bonuses for the summon bear, and either invest into rabies or fireclaws to take down physical immunes. Maybe investing some points into fury would be nice too. Also for your stat distribution, I think instead of putting the stats into dex, you sould put 'em into vit. If you're going to use a maul like you said, you're not going to need any dex. If you're worried about your attack rating, just equip some gear that gives nice AR, like angelic ring(s)/amulet.
Thunder mauls for the most part are not worth it, more often then not they are to slow. Something like an ik maul or windhammer will be more succesful.

If the calculator I'm looking at is correct. You don't need any in spirit wolves. Turns out the AR and Defense bonus is not a % but a flat number ( a very LOW flat number ) and its pretty much negligible.
I recommend just 1 in spirit and the rest in dire wolves. I've tried it and I havent noticed a difference from when I maxed spirit wolves.

After re-reading your post I noticed some things:
20 points in feral rage? I am hoping you meant fury. Feral rage should do fine at 1 + skills and you can charge it up then use fury. It just can't compare to fury as a main attack.
If you're not going to use a shield only put as much in dex as you need for your weapon. Don't put any more points in it after you reach the required amount.
At level 99 you should have 110 points total not 112. I think its realistic to get as high as 93 or so. After that its like days worth of work for just one level.

No I ment Feral Rage, I dislike Fury, Which is like zeal and I hate the skill zeal even more. As far as PI go a socketed weapon or a magic weapon well be more than enough. And that High life leech is a godsend for a person not wearing a sheild. Imagine the damage output X the life leech. As far as I can see, Fire Damage is worthless after Act 3 Nightmare, Complete and/or High resistance to it is common to monsters After that and thats why I don't use fire claws.
If you notice on the weapon Sheet thing, the thunder maul is normal attack speed for a druid... and a sorceress... O_o. And there are ways to increase attack speed. Other options could be the giant thresher {Very Fast attack Speed} Or the great Pole axe {Fast attack speed.
I've Had very bad luck in Finding wolf heads and the like, even with a 60% Magic find, So I'd have to insist on the 7 points in dire wolf. Thats 200% life. Thankfully I've only put 1 point in Spirit wolf so no waste.
All polearms class, 2-handed axe weapons and Mauls for the druid are fast/very fast attack speed, while for other class's {BarbX2handed axe=Slow/normal, Just about everyoneXPolearm{And mauls}=Slow/very Slow} attack speed} Seem to suffer greatly from any large weapon. And As a added bonus the Werewolf dosn't suffer from the nasty short range the maul gives.
As for the Dex thing, I said before that I didn't expect to get the thundermaul, so a polearm is my other option, Some polearms have high dex requierments which need to be reached, there for I need to balance hp gain with Dex.
