if ur windy druid uses a wizspike is the fhr bp 86%?

The 6 frame FHR breakpoint is at 86% when using a Wizardspike, because it's a 1h thrusting weapon. It'd be at 99% if you were using a Spirit Crystal Sword for example.

Wizzy on a Windy can be powerful in PvM due to its insane Mana + Resist bonuses along with FCR + FHR(shorter bp's anyway).

I would think that a Spirit sword will overpower it... and obviously, no competition for HoTo.
