Could a Druid be a good or at least decent mfer? I've tried Sorcs and teleing just causes me to lag and then die lol. So I was wondering if someone could help me out. Like maybe give me some ideas about what is the best for getting to Meph in hell...doing Pindle...Countess...etc. Bear, Wolf, Windy, or Fire. Plz someone help.

I had about 300 MF on my Windy... and it could MF decently on and up to three/four player games.
My MF gear consisted of basically 2x Nagelrings, P.Topaz'd Shako, P.Topaz'd Skullder's Ire, Gheed's, Goldwrap, and Chancies. Not much +Skills stuff, but it still managed to survive.
I also played without a Mercenary, so I suppose if you get one to tank for you, it'll make things a lot easier.

my windy is a godly mfer, even w/o an enigma he did well as a PIT RUNNER.
basically, cheap gear is as follows
Shako, Spirit Shield (essential, so your FCR doesn't completely suck balls), gul dagger, gheeds charm, goldwrap upgraded to a battle belt, and War travs (or rare 30 % mf boots), ravenfrost, natures peace, magefist and wealth armor (or sculders with ptopaz)
that would give you about 350-400 mf depending on if you have any small mf charms too
I don't like mf ammys because +3 elemental skills ammy is better and diminishing returns. Also mages for mana regen and fcr, spirit shield for fcr and skills. Nature's peace is great for the pit because you don't have to kill stuff more than once :)
then run the pit like crazy
Goto outer cloister wp, follow path to the split in the highlands, take one path, if it leads to black, then go back to the other split in the path. one will always lead to the pit. then kill everything in the pit (I've noticed I find a lot of great stuff in level 1, some just ignore level 1 for level 2)
I've managed to do this on ladder and I've found a lot of godly stuff, unique tiria, unique zerker axe, tal's armor, shako, and more.
it's just a matter of making a lot of runs

allright
It mainly depends on your budget.
If you have an enigma, Druid's I would say are better mfers than any other class except maybe a hammerdin.
Since I got my enigma, I'm making runs at about 350 mf (enigma, ptopaz shako, 34 mf ammy, nagelring and ravenfrost, magefists, war travs, wizspike and spirit shield for teleporting down, and double isted ali baba (was using gul dagger until recently) and a shield on mf that I switch to for the killing blow.
It helps to have a good merc. An ethereal reapers toll, with an amn rune in it (20% leech) a guillime's face (for crushing blow) and a levithan or shaftstop make your merc hard for bosses to kill and decent crushing blow helps take down bosses.
I have about 6 druid ele skill charms, so that's really helped me take down bosses better w/o top +skill gear on.
also, teleporting down it's important to have 99% fcr imo. Wiz, spirit monarch, and magefists are enough to hit this bp.
if you have trouble with bosses just simply run the pit, it's easy, I was running it with ptopaz 4 socket armors at level 65 easily enough
