bad move?

I play on USeast Ladder. I was offering my SOJ for a trade. I really didn't need anything thats why i needed an offer. This paladin enters and offers me 2 items. I thought that his offers were really good but i declined. I don't if i made a bad decesion to declined his offers. I need your thoughts and criticism.

Mediodre, Spiked is pretty good if you need one. No stacked resists or the like.
Belt is definately not worth a soj, no dual resists on it (psn doesn't count.)

not a good deal, the belt is very mediocre and the shield sucks, you can easily get a +2 17 fhr priz or +2 30/20 priz + for the soj.

I would offer better for an soj east ladder :)
That offer sucks, the items are weak, and by the end of this ladder season they'll be worthless. Hang onto the SOJ because they're useful. Maybe find a nice legit to socket ^_^, or just use on sorc mfer for mana/skills.

i think i had the + 2 spike shield if its dire rock on old hammerdin but i wouldve hgang on to soj cuz theres probly better offers lol what do i know never had sojs

It would have been a bad move accept that trade, yep. +2 pala shield without 30/20? sub par. +2 pala shield without defense (read 200+)? completely useless. The belt is even more useless. No fire res, no light res, only 10 str... As a general rule people will not offer you a fair deal, much less when trading in soj. If you dont know what you want, what its worth and specifically ask for it all you will probably get is ppl trying to scam you.
