WW Baba Gear Clarification

Okay, I play ladder and am about to start my pvp baba. Before I go out and try and get my gear, i would like some clarification before I do. Since I am in ladder and it being a somewaht fresh restart, having a full inv of 3/20/20's is out of the question. Maybe a couple, say around 4. Now, I have read Rik's sumamry of what is the best setup from a pure damage setup, and everytime I hear someone ask this everyone says Grief is better than eBOTD. Now, my qustion is without all the fine charms, and a mediocre anni and hellfire(lets say 15 atr. each) what would do more damage with Fort, Grief or eBOTD zerker (say the eBOTD has perf ed and the grief has 350). I would be using all the standard gear, just most likely 1 angel ammy and 1 RF instead of full angelic ammy and rings.

Also, if it wouldn't be any trouble, could someone post the formula that Rik used in his guides to come to that conclusions he reached.

P.S. I did do a search but found nothing that was relatively close to my question and I looked in Rik's guide but I couldnt find the formula in any of the posts.

The worst Grief always does more damage than the best BotD. The max damage might not be as high, but the minimum damage will be MUCH higher, increasing your overall average.
