Best 4 sock Mace/Sword?

I am building a frost zealot, and I am poor, so I decided to create the "Voice of Reason" Rune word... What mace/sword should I make this from?!

Best sword would probably be a 4os Phase Blade.

Phase is the only way to go, here:

1) VoR has no ias%, so you'll need the fastest weapon you can get.

2) The phys damage is going to be pathetic, so you'll need to have the CTC effects trigger as often as possible which means you'll want the fastest weapon you can get.

3) With low physical damage you'll have problems leeching, so, whether to trigger Life Tap from Dracs (I'd recommend it) or just to help with lack of leech: you'll want the fastest weapon you can get.

4) A Phase Blade is the fastest weapon you can get. :thumbsup:

BTW, I'm considering trying this weap out on my Convicta-Zealer. I think all the -cold res, will really make the effects on this weap shine with conviction. I would tell you all about how well it works, but I made it in a Caduceus last night, and now I have a Gemmed caduceus...

Haven't pulled that in a while, anyway I'm saving up for the lem again and will try it out. I think I may be able to beat down an OK when IM'd with it. It kind of depends if I can knock out their cold immune with my Conviction. Maybe not, either way it's a very interesting weapon.

I've also thought about making Rift, when I can afford it, for similar reasons. Look me up, if you're on USEAST, and we can run together if you'd like. I'd love to see the VoR in action. Also: if you're packing it on a Frost Zealot, I think he and my Convictadin would get along nicely. My account is in the sig...

:D I absolutely love my Lawbringer Phase Blade. Seems like Decrepify (20% chance from Lawbringer runeword) is being triggered most of the time given the great speed of the weapon. Life tap (from Dracul) is also triggered at a healthy frequency. In fact, I'm very much tempted to make the Treachery runeword so that my weapon speed can reach 4fpa! :D

Right now, I keep a 4os Phase Blade for myself just in case I want to make VoR, King's Slayer or Oath for my frost zealot. I also have a 5 os Phase Blade for Grief when I'm rich. hehe..I'm collecting Phase Blades. :p
