so i need this items from what bogus tells me im not going to hunt down everything it says from level up up i just need to know what is the likely hood of me obtain these items soon im almost started nightmare so gettin this soon as i can would be helpful i don't care if i gotta send money to someone or something of that nature to obtain this items

i know i know some of those are almost impossible to get

but can someone donate them to me or something or do cow runs in hell ( probally the easity way of gettin this items ) ?

the best way is when somebody gave them to you. or trade for them. then the the most fun way is to MF for them. :)

Most of those items aren't really expensive, and you could get them for free from some kind player if you're lucky. Others there are more difficult to get, and you'll have to get moderately rich first to afford trading for them, I'm afraid

MF stands for magic find, the general idea is basically collecting a few items that will grant you an increased chance to find magical items, and then running a profitable target/area (such as Hell Mephisto, Hell Baal, Hell Pits, Hell Pindleskin...) repeatedly until you get them to drop some good stuff

This is just a general idea, since item value depends on the realm you play on, and whether you play ladder or non ladder, but from the items you need, I'd divide them this way:

Expensive: pala combat charms, stones of jordan (known as sojs usually)
Middle price: harlequin crest (shako), herald of zakarum (hoz), offensive skill charms, small 6-7 mf charms
Cheap: frostburns, silkweaves, gloom's trap, wizardspike

Anyways, the best way of getting moderately rich when you're just starting (besides doing some mf) is collecting perfect gems (pgems), since you'll be able to trade most of the items you need (those in the middle price and cheap categories, at least) for some pgems. To get approximate values depending on realm and ladder/non ladder, you can check the trade values forum in this site, and there are also trade forums where you're bound to found someone willing to trade these items to you for pgems
