Tried to do ancients today, with a few chars (lvl 20-25 at norm) the lvl:s didnt get ancient Q, even if they where standing at arreat they couldnt complete it. the lvl 20-25 could tho. I did the same thing just a few days ago, but now it seems it doesnt work anymore. Anyoine else noticed this?

Sorry for that, english is my third language. perhaps if i rephrase you understand; the ancient's quest isn't doable with mules (lvl 1:s) anymore afaik.

The ancients quest was never doable with mules, ever, as far as i know. Gotta be lvl 20 to get quest

Ancients quest has never been doable (as mentioned) by characters below 20. What has (and still does, did it twice today) worked is getting the baal quest without getting ancients. So long as someone else is down there to get quest your level 1 standing in town can leech the quest then go to NM.

ooh.. so you meant characters < 20. yeah, not doable unless you have it sit in nm a5 town and get someone who doesnt have baal and kill baal. youll have Q.

Level reqs for Ancients in Normal, Nightmare, and Hell are 20, 40, and 60, respectively... if I remember correctly.

as has already been said, youre confused about how to runerush.

the way im currently doing it is this.
whenever anyone i know (myself included starts a new char i chant them and powerlevel them to 21, then they self cow to 25, i norm pa them and a mule of mine.

they hit 40 and whisper me, i do their baal q with my mule in game, rush them both to a5 nm.

takes very little time or effort, and has so far netted me 10 nm forges.
once my pally hits 70-75 in nm baals, ill self hell pa him and drag one of my mules there too. same with my sorc once her gear improves slightly.
