Not to positive about this, but you probably downloaded a keylogger, which in some cases aren't detected by any anti virus programs. Tough luck, did you alteast get to watch the videos?

Two things:
1) Please some add some periods and commas?
2) If it is a video, why do you have to install? Videos are not executables! If they need installations, it is very fishy. They are usually .avi files or something like that, which is interpretted by the Video player. Don't install anything on your computer that you don't know.

So true, video files will have extension such as .avi or .mkv. Executables on the other hand is .exe. May this be a lesson to all of us, always check the file extension before running it.

I would really recommend that you do not enter any more passwords for anything until you have this thing sorted out. If you did accidently install a keylogger, then whoever created the program already has your D2 stuff, but you don't want them to get anything else.

Get Ad-aware, hijack this and spybot and do a scan on your computer. Also try your anti-virus software.

also, you might want to check out the scams sticky in the newcomer forums. It's amazing the lengths people will goto to get your items; its really pathetic. I hope you figure it out, and welcome to the forums.
