How much ias do u need with ww with Zerk axe ?

34%+ on-weapon IAS to make fastest break point, 4 fpa. I'm not the expert, but I've been repeatedly told off-weapon IAS doesn't work with WW. So, you need a zerk axe with at least 34% IAS on it...
