PvP/Uber Trist Smiter

I've heard that smiters are good at both PvP and Uber Trist (solo)
I just have a couple of questions regarding them:

What is the skill/stat point allocation?
What gear to use for PvP?
What gear to use for Solo Uber Trist (or can the same gear work for both)?

And also, smiter will own Lilith, Uber Duriel, and Uber Izual as well, correct?

and yes, a decked out pvp smiter with top gear will do all you ask. I had on top gear listed in the guide, just switched the helm from CoA to Guillames(sp?) for crushing blow and a armor from Enigma to CoH for resists and the ubber three went down in less than a minute each. Make sure you use Dracs and Exile. The key for ubber three is crushing blow, high smite dam, high resists and most important LIFE TAP. Good luck

hmm, high dmg is not that necessary. All you need is Dracul's and grief, and a upg zaka. Just have a mate to clean the minions while u do the killing. That's what i did. And in PvP, a smiter is probably the best character you can have, as long as u know how to use one (my mate has a almost godly smiter but doesn't know how to use it, which makes him suck). But you will have trouble vs anything with holy freeze, mainly a doom+grief using bvc.

I just told him what my experience was soloing ubber trist, no mates, in my book life tap is the key, my hp globe was refiling non-stop, I was never in danger. Had to drink a few mana pots. Hi damage is usefull unless you want to hold the left button on you mouse down for 5 minutes. Of course fana must be on.

oh, and most builds have some trouble with good bvc barbs so I wouldnt sweat it. In my experience most bvc barbs come at you initially with grief and beast, not doom and grief, that would involve a gear change after they die 1st time. Just dont chase them, stand and smite.

Is PvP gear same as Uber gear??
Also, most people say put rest in defiance, but how are you supposed to use it if fanaticism is supposed to be on at all times?

ook, with life tap you dont have to worry about minions, I just ignored them and kept smiting the big guys, it triggered often enough so my hp was never a problem. Next, did you click on the link I provided? The guide answers all your questions about pvp gear etc. As far as defiance, you dont actually have it on, thats pumped as a synergy to holy shield for higher defence. I pumped charge instead as I felt my 27k defence was enough but each to his own. So build a good pvp smiter and Uber Trist will be a piece of cake.
