Which does whcich crushing blow do double or what sry

Crushing Blow-chance to remove a certain percentage of an enemy's life (much like static field).
Critical Strike-chance to do double damage
Open Wounds-chance for opponent to bleed continuously and constantly lose health.

what about deadly strike?

and i got a smite question my 1st smiter do thet use attack ratting on smite cuz i get no reading from it and what things transfer over to smite?
