Quick ES Question

Ive read all the guides and all that but i was just wondering: If you have an insight, how important is Telekenisis for an ES Sorc? Doesnt that open up another skill you can utilize or does it not help enough compared to Telekenisis?

Lvl01 tk (pre req) converts the damage absorbed by ES *1.9375
Lvl20 tk (maxpos) converts the damage absorbed by ES *0.75

Lvl12 Medidation gives you 575% mana regeneration
Lvl17 Medidation gives you 700% mana regeneration

To explain it properly I'm gonna use the next setup:
You have 95% es, 4000 mana and your opponent is dealing 1000 damage per blow.

First I'm gonna calculate howmuch mana you'll lose per blow using the lvl01tk and the lvl20tk.
Lvl01tk mana loss = 1840 (3 hits to fully drain your ES)
Lvl20tk mana loss = 712 (6 hits to fully drain your ES)

Secondly I'm gonna calculate howmuch mana you can regain per second using no medidation, low aura and high aura.
Lvl00 Medidation = 33 mana per second
Lvl12 Medidatoin = 224 mana per second
Lvl17 Medidation = 266 mana per second

Now assume you'll get hit every 5 seconds (considering defense/block)
You'd survive 15 seconds with Lvl01tk and 30 seconds with Lvl20tk

In 15 seconds time
Lvl00 Medidation = 033 mana per second = 495
Lvl12 Medidatoin = 224 mana per second = 3360
Lvl17 Medidation = 266 mana per second = 3990
So, theoretically, against this enemy, a perfect Insight would be enough even with Lvl01tk.

In 30 seconds time
Lvl00 Medidation = 033 mana per second = 990
Lvl12 Medidatoin = 224 mana per second = 6720
Lvl17 Medidation = 266 mana per second = 7980
So, basically, against this enemy, any Insight would be good enough with Lvl20tk.

Now consider most enemies will hit harder AND faster than 1000 damage every 5 seconds and you'll see that you'll need a perfect insight and Lvl20tk to survive easy.
