Search won't yield me results on this one. What is the Andy quest bug?

You know the Quest Drop thing? That bosses drop good stuff only, no crap like gold, when you kill them for the Quest.

Andariel is bugged so that she sometimes gives a Quest Drop, even though you didn't kill her for the Quest.
