I've just about had it with 'restrictions'

I know it won't do a damn bit of good, so don't bother reminding me, but I just sent a rather torrid email to BTS about getting three - that's right, three - extended restrictions in the last week, completely eliminating any shot I had left at gaining a ladder position (which wasn't much in the first placed after being screwed by the Runeword Search Thread members that said they'd help). I don't meet any of the criteria mentioned on their site, as I had been Baaling with other people who didn't get restricted and even paused to transfer (mule) items in a private game.

I waited more than six minutes and then came in to get all but a Key of Terror and an extra Horadric Cube (I make the most out of the time a CLvl95 character has to stay in a normal game). As soon as I left, at least four minutes later, I immediately got tossed into log-in and was realmed down. Blizzard put that ridiculous three-minute per character per game restriction in to prevent people from making thirty second runs on Pindleskin and such, but if they raised this then it would affect everyone Baaling as the games I've been in don't last long enough to become stable (a lot of cow games lasted that long, but then there was no ladder race that I can remember).

Anyone have any other ideas or want to gamble on the response I'll get?

based on blizzard's past technical support feedback, you won't get a response until maybe a year or two later and it will just tell you to go look at their technical support website.

I don't know what your doing wrong mhl12, but I've always gotten a response from Blizz within a day (at most, two days). :scratch:

yeah blizz is really pooping on all players cuz of those few botters i switched to pvp mod so no complaints here =]

Now that's easy --- Blizzard is in the computer business, so they never respond to EMails. They don't like people either, which is another reason to not reply.

I'm leveling a char in Act 2 and we get all the way up to the tomb and the one char with the staff and ammy who hasn't done the quest takes off.
The rest of us are itching to play through to the end of the act, but we don't have a lot of time and none of us has or can make the staff.
I knew I had at least 2 chars that needed the quest, one with a staff and one with an ammy.
I found the staff plenty fast enough then tried to hunt down the character who had the ammy.
I have 5 accounts on west that I keep going. Most all of them are full (8 active characters), and I was only checking the ones who are about level 13-25.
I'm frantically searching through all my characters and BAM...Temporarily Restricted.
I had plans to meet friends this morning to do some old-school legit, co-op gaming for the holiday and now I can't even get online. :mad:
Not that I think BNET even cares, but at least it's nice to vent.

We get spambots posting in the game and cluttering up the screens and making it hard to play and and they can't stop folks from doing that, but they can stop legit players from playing the game.
