Does max mind blast increase the chance of shadow master to cast mind blast?

Is it worth it in PvP with 20 Mind Blast and 1 Shadow Master with +skills for level 17 Shadow Master?

IT has been observed that when MB is high lvl or maxed, the SM will cast it more. Most of the time, this seems to be during or at teleport/dflight.

So do you think maxing mind blast is worth it or should I put the rest of my points into Fade or Fire Blast?

I have a hybrid on europe, and have found that with max mind blast, your shadow will do most of the mb'ing for you which is damn useful when you are spamming traps and dflight anyways, max mb anyways for the best stun.
