uniques?

there are only normal uniques in classic right? and u cant upgrade them so they are useless for high lvls, that true?

yes, but a lot are still very useful for end the end game.

For example, shard and twitch are both excellent items.

Items such as bonesnap and clegaws are not even considered viable in lod but in classic they are more than viable even in hell act4.

For the most part though, you'll be wanting to use rares over uniques.

twitch/shard/gskins/soj/pnagel/silks/tarn/WoE/Chancies/Gwrap/Hotspur all are good.
