What character would make the most use out of a Crown of Ages?
I have one and i don't want to trade it. It would be goign to waste if i didn't at least build a character to be able to equip this baby.

Most zealots use CoA if you want a melee build.

all melee or melee/hybrids(aka V/T) should use it because of fhr...
no fhr = u get stunned and unable to retaliate till u die.
therefore all melees and hybrids should use it.
BUT nothing...
if ur a caster dont use coa...cuz it demands more str.. more str means less life so... dont use coa on a caster.

wrong, depends on build. i'd never use coa on a hybrid pally, but it can be used on a hammerdin to get high dr while maintaining damage and mods on zak (over using ss)
Just try to get 40-50% dr, because that is mosty what it is used for. If you have a melee char that uses ss, then you probably won't need it.

Though i've yet to see any 'good' hammerdins. Most of the ones i see have this simple strategy: Run out of town, tele on someone, click hammer 50 times, tele back into town, and thats their idea of OWNAGE DUELZ OMGz.

thats a shame, good hammerdins put up a good duel.
most hammerdins dont have coa though dkay, even good ones. most rather just switch in ss since they rely on their helm for fcr.
those are 125% fcr hammerdins. i unfortunetely never used 125 and stuck with 75% :) i are teh newbzzz

i've seen pallies (almost every kind use it), ww barbs, and melee sins use it
sometimes i see the rare bowazon who uses it then i've heard of it being gg when used with certain wind druid setups but i've never actually seen a windy wear one
necros and sorcs just don't use coa

I thought charge was interuptible and thats why when its interupted sometimes it bugs out.

You seem to be saying this to say that fhr is unnecessary due to uninterrupitibility. What about the times they aren't attacking, if this is the case?
A berber coa is going to be a useful helm for anyone, though expensive investment in stat points for a sorc. I think putting in points in max block with a Whitstans would be a much better investment for general play.

any character who wants to be decent in pvm or pvp needs fhr.

i said sorcs dont usually use dr, on east anyways. most dont even have block.
most sorcs who have the gear to be good enough to compete are usually oriented towards caster duels. this mean base stre/dex or near it. that means its very hard for them to get dr.
on all my sorcs i'd just play defensive vs ww barbs.

Thats why you hold down your right mouse button instead of clicking once in a while. So nah, I never get stunned at the end of whirling simply because the "end" is virtually non-existant.

good duel my forces are too strong, its ok
Before I stopped playing daily-about a month ago-I saw quite a few Hammerdins using CoA insync with Wizardspike Gloves...also some of them used Verdungoe's or FHR/Str/Life Belts...my Mage utilizes the first two but not the belt. CoA is wonderful for almost all builds that can handle the Str w/o going way outta their way to pump Str. +1 Skill, 30 FHR, nice Res, decent DR, 2 Sockets.
On the point about Sorcs, I've thought of two decent setups for Fireball and Lightning Sorcs using CoA. They both use Enigma. though
If I am not mistaken look at mcms first barb video I am pretty sure that sorc wore a coa and she tanked about 3 triangle whirls which is pretty darn good if you ask me. Luis I gotta talk to you I know some people that said they owned you LoC-Paladin and some TTD-Nightmare guy rofl

Most competent high eshield sorcs with maxblock can tank more than 3 triangles unless the barb gets VERY lucky with hit-rolls =/
The dr/fhr on coa matter little to eshieldsorcs due to their low life + low damage to life (wont be put in hitrecovery in the first place).
