best bow(combo) for zon?

hi everyone..i'm new to this forum so if i'm breaking any rules or anything plz forgive me :p

my question is what bow or combo would yall think is the best for bowazon..

1) a windy with act 2 might merc
2) a windy (or brand or others) with act 1 rouge equip faith..
3) a faith with act 2 might merc
4) other suggestions :D

hi.

use an act3 cold merc for normal and nightmare, switch to an act1 fire rogue when you get to hell.

i use the heavy artillery on my amazon and the merc use's the fastest bow with knockback i have.

these two make a great team, with this setup there is no need for 'decoy' or 'valk', thus giving you lots of extra stat points. use these wisely, put then in dodge, evade etc, your merc will benefit from these points too, so not only will she scout/warn you of danger, but she also becomes a 'tank'.

this setup i have used before, so i know it works well, i am using it too on my first ladder bowamazon, she is currently level 86 hardcore, we are destroying everything in our path.

it depends on the skills you'd like to use, and what you'll be using this zon for. for example - a windy strafer with an act 2 might merc will have the largest damage, but the output of arrows can't compare with someone shooting a 7 frame multi. a windy zon using multi/guided and an act 1 merc with faith would theoretically have the fastest killing speed, but it's heavily dependent on the survivability of your mercenary. also, staying in her fana radius is a pain in the butt. a multi zon using faith is more balanced, but i find the killing speed to be a bit disappointing.

i had the most fun with my windy multi zon with a faith merc. she cleared chaos sanc pretty effortlessly, and pits were a joke. :) you could also try a windy strafer, and put the pride polearm runeword on your act 2 merc - it gives lvl 16-20 concentration for some huge damage.

If your insanely rich wouldnt a Faith zon (not sure of main skill) + Act 2 might merc equipped with 'Pride' just be delicious? :)
