or
120ed/45ias helm
because one gives more ed and ias and the other helm gives str more def and CB
so can u guys help me me out with choosing my helm

LOH are good all around pvm gloves but if he can afford 3 40/15s, then he can probably afford to spend time/effort/runes on a pair of rare or crafted gloves. rares can be really good.

Depends on the gloves/bow. For PvM, I would use LoH and a 120/45 helm. That probally is just me, though.

Use the 120/45. With faith/fort, you need 95 (or more) Ias to reach the last frame.

not pvp gloves but really good in pvm for the 350% dmg to demons and 20 ias
